Make Money With EHow!

Published by ejobtips under Job Opportunities Edit This

If you’ve ever visited Ehow.com before, you probably thought of it as a helpful source for how-to guides and information. But did you know that a large portion of those articles have been written by work at home people who are making money from them? Recently, Ehow launched its new “Writer’s Compensation Program,” which actually pays article writers for their informative content. From what I can see, this is a great way to start making some extra money at home. Below are the steps to get started!

  1. Sign Up for an Ehow account by clicking Here.
  2. Think of an interesting how-to article to write. It’s better if it is a topic that hasn’t been written about before, and is common enough that people will visit it. Remember, the more visits you’re how-to article receives, the better.
  3. Write the article and submit it.
  4. Ehow pays per article. According to their site, your article’s earning potential is based on, “a combination of several elements, including the amount of times it’s been viewed and its category. The more useful your articles are to the reader, the more money you could make.”
  5. You get paid by Paypal!

Remember, make your articles as interesting and fun to read as possible. Below are a few extra tips that might help your articles.

  • Try to appeal to a broad audience. The more people who find interest in the topic you are writing about, the more visits your article will receive.
  • Write about things that you have experience in.
  • Add pictures as aids.
  • Consider creating and adding a video.
  • Use Spell Check!
  • Make sure to correctly categorize your article.

Good Luck & Have Fun!

Make Money Debating!

Published by ejobtips under Job Opportunities Edit This

Hey Everybody!

I just found another interesting job opportunity on the Problogger Job Board that I would like to share with you all.

Do you enjoy debating or having back-and-forth exchanges with friends? If so, Dyalogues, an online debate and review website, might have a great opportunity for you. They are looking for writers who are able to write point-counterpoint exchanges with friends/people they know. (Additionally they would like you to have a non-sponsored blog.)

Here are some of the listed examples of what they are looking for:

Example #1 (Politics)

Example #2 (Books)

The steps and requirements for this job include:

  1. Creating a profile on Dyalogue, with bio, identity, pictures, and links to your blogs
  2. Deciding on a topic for discussion, (which then must be approved.) (Topics shouldn’t be overly specific, personal or explicit/obscene.
  3. Inviting another blogger to debate with. You must then write a 100 wd. intro, and 100-200 wd. “opening statement.”
  4. Debate/Have the conversation
  5. Write a minimum of 3 exchanges (3 posts per blogger) with a minimum of 750 words total per each blogger. The exchange must have a completion, with one of the blogger writing in their final post that it is their final post, and the other blogger making a final reply.
  6.  That’s it!

Upon completion, Dyalogue will pay you $10 via Paypal, which they recommend, (but do not require) that you share with the other blogger.

Dyalogue is looking for interesting, insightful debates. If you are interested, visit the link below and scroll down to the “How To Apply Area.”

Good Luck!

Home Jobs with Cloud 10 Corporation

Recently, a new call center has come to my attention, known as Cloud10 Corporation. From what I have heard, it is a great work at home job, and is definitely worth looking into. After checking out their job info, I have to admit that it seems like an excellent opportunity. Unlike many work at home call centers, Cloud10 Corp.’s call workers are actual employees instead of the usual independent contractor. This means that you will be paid even for the time between calls, which usually doesn’t happen with most other call center companies! According to Cloud10’s website, you are required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and once you set a schedule with them you are expected to keep it. To me, this seems like another good company for those of you who either did not get accepted into Liveops, or are thinking about working multiple companies. If you would like more info, the link to the Job Section of their website is: http://www.cloud10corp.com/careercenter/ahp.html .

Also, the link to apply for the job is: http://tbe.taleo.net/NA11/ats/careers/jobSearch.jsp?org=CLOUD10&cws=1

Enjoy!

Blogging Job Opportunity

Hi Everybody! I happened to be editing my blog yesterday when I found a great new job opportunity. As you might already know, my blog is currently hosted by a blog company called “Today.” Well, Today has just recently started a new program where current Today bloggers, such as myself, can invite new members to join and become paid bloggers. With Today, you will be able to set up your own blog, and start making posts on whatever you please. (Minus adult content.) Today will actually then pay you $1 per 100+ word post, and $2.00 per thousand impressions, with a maximum of 1 paid post per day. Though this may not seem like a lot, it is a great way to make some extra money. Plus, every month, Today will evaluate your performance, and if you are making quality posts and are receiving traffic, your pay could be increased, depending on their evaluation. In addition to this, by becoming a Paid Today Blogger, you also could be given access to the Content Call section, which is an excellent way to make money. In this section, companies will actually pay you to write articles for them, with the pay usually around $5/article! If you are interested in applying to Today and becoming a Today blogger, I have included a link below. Enjoy!

Job Monday- Idapted.com

I thought that it would be fun if I made this week theme week. So, today is going to be “Job Monday”. Yes, I know that sounds a little corny, but let’s give it a try! So, let’s kick off Job Monday with an interesting job opportunity which you might not have known you could even qualify for. Idapted, a language learning company, is looking for talkative, friendly people to teach other people their language. Sounds hard, right? Actually, Idapted makes it simple for anyone to learn (or in our case, teach a language.) When you begin working for Idapted, they will provide you with free teacher training, similar to a college course. This can last from one to seven days, depending on how busy you are. According to their website, we do NOT need too know the other people’s languages, as all conversations will be in English. Though having prior teaching experience is a plus, it is not required. Once you have passed training, you will take calls with people not fluent in English. You will be given prompts, but not scripts, as they think that the dialogue should run smoothly, and naturally. As usual, this job requires a heatset. If you are interested in the job, I have posted links to the job application as well as to more information below. Who knows? You might be great at teaching people English!
